Korea III: UCI DH World Cup Race Day

There's not much picture taking done on this day. A lot of the time was spent spectating the actual race.
The venue itself was definitely a lot more lively. For downhill events, it's sort of a tradition to be making noise as the riders race through the different sections. Said noise could be made with cowbells and air horns, but there was a lot more creative implementations.

In contrast, my humble apparatus:

The finishing line at the end of the downhill events saw a huge crowd.

We didn't really want to be stuck queuing behind as we had to make our way back to Seoul. Driving back to Seoul took too long. We met again with the dreaded traffic jams. For a solid couple hours we'd be going at a good pace just to slow down minutes later. The puzzling thing is that there wasn't even any accidents, road works or weird lane merging. Traffic here just decides to slow by itself. By the time we arrived t'was night and we just checked in and called it a day.
The accommodation was nothing spectacular, but it was kind of cool that it had two levels crammed in it.
